About us

Hey and welcome to Russell’s! 
Russell’s was born in 2023 as our family campsite were looking for someone to take over their on site kitchen. We saw an opportunity to bring quality food to Hayling Island and ran with it! 
We specialise in breakfasts and smash burgers during the open season at the campsite (March- October) and focus on our infamous takeaway  burgers during November - March. 
Our breakfast menu is large and varied which makes it perfect for the whole family. We use fresh and local produce for our dishes and are proud to serve a few unique dishes to satisfy adventurous tastebuds! 
Having always had a passion for cooking we did not want to bring standard takeaway food to our kitchen and felt the Island was really missing something a little different! 
We trialed many recipes to perfect our popular smash burgers which brings us to stage of proudly serving you your takeaways with a twist! 
Try out our variety of burgers (vegetarian and vegan options also available) and delicious sides including our ever popular loaded fries! 
We are constantly trialing and expanding our menu so watch this space!
